Christiania ejer følgende varemærker
Christiania, Bevar Christiania, det røde flag med de 3 gule prikker og de 3 gule prikker alene.

Når man registrerer et varemærke, skal man vælge hvilke varegrupper man ønsker at registrere det indenfor.
Vi har valgt at registrere følgende varemærker indenfor følgende varegrupper:
De 3 gule prikker: 14, 16, 18, 25, 28, 32 og 38.
Christiania og Bevar Christiania: 18, 25, 28 og 38.

Det betyder at vores varemærker ikke må bruges af andre, med mindre de har en licens aftale, hvis de sælger varer i de varegrupper.

Varegruppenumrene dækker over:

Klasse 14:
Ædle metaller og legeringer heraf samt varer af ædle metaller eller varer overtrukket hermed , juvelerarbejder, smykker, ædelstene, ure og kronometriske instrumenter.

Klasse 16:
Papir, pap, varer heraf og ikke indeholdt i andre klasser, tryksager, bogbinderiartikler, fotografier, papirhandlervarer, klæbemidler til papirvarer og til husholdningsbrug, artikler til brug for kunstnere, pensler, skrivemaskiner og kontorartikler (dog ikke møbler), instruktions- og undervisningsmateriale (dog ikke apparater), plasticmateriale til emballeringsbrug, tryktyper, klichéer.

Klasse 18:
Læder og læderimitationer samt varer fremstillet af disse materialer der ikke er indeholdt i andre klasser; skind og huder; kufferter og rejsetasker; paraplyer, parasoller og spadserestokke; piske og sadelmagervarer.

Klasse 25:
Beklædningsgenstande, fodtøj og hovedbeklædning.

Klasse 28:
Spil og legetøj; gymnastik- og sportsartikler, julepynt.

Klasse 32:
Øl, mineralvand og kulsyrehodlige vande og andre ikke-alkoholdige drikke fra frugtsaft, saft og andre præparater til fremstilling af drikke.

Klasse 38:
Telekommunikationsvirksomhed.
Dvs. mobiloverførte billeder og lyde f.eks.

Christiania trademarks
Christiania, Bevar Christiania and the red flag with the 3 yellow spots and the 3 yellow spots alone.

In order to register a trademark, you must choose the group within which the product you want to register resides.
We have chosen to register in the following classes:
The 3 yellow spots: 14, 16, 18, 25, 28, 32 og 38.
Christiania and Bevar Christiania: 18, 25, 28 and 38.

This means that our trademarks can't be used by others if they trade or sell the product listed within the classes, unless they have acquired a license from us.

The classes contain following products:

Class 14:
Precious metals and their alloys and goods in precious metals or coated therewith, not included in other classes; jewelry, precious stones; horological and chronometric instruments.

Class 16:
Paper, cardboard and goods made from these materials, not included in other classes; printed matter; bookbinding material;  photographs; stationery; adhesives for stationery or household purposes; artists' materials; paint brushes; typewriters and office supplies (except furniture); instructional and teaching material (except apparatus); plastic materials for packaging (not included in other classes); printers' type; printing blocks.

Class 18:
Leather and imitation leather, and goods made of these materials and not included in other classes; animal skins, hides; trunks and travelling bags; umbrellas, parasols and walking sticks; whips, harnesses and saddlery.
 
Class 25:
Clothing, footwear, headgear.

Class 28:
Games and toys; gymnastic and sporting articles not included in other classes; decorations for Christmas trees.
 
Class 32:
Beer; mineral and aerated waters and other non-alcoholic drinks; fruit drinks and fruit juices; syrups and other preparations for making beverages.

Class 38:
Telecommunications.
